Reservations
| How can I cancel my reservation? Is there a fee? | You can cancel your reservation free of charge as long as the cancellation is made 5 days before the day of arrival. Otherwise, the cost of the first night will be charged. If you are already enjoying your stay or do not show up on the day of arrival, your accommodation or plot will remain reserved and all days will be charged. |

| Is it possible to change the dates of the reservation after I have made it? | Yes, without any problem as long as there is availability. |
| Is it possible to reserve 2 accommodations that are next to each other? | Yes, as long as you give notice in advance and there is availability for it. |
| Can I reserve a specific accommodation number? | Yes, if there is availability. |
Bungalows
| What is the capacity of the bungalows? | 4 people. An extra bed can be requested for a fifth person for an additional cost of €7/night. |

| Do I have to clean the bungalow on the day of departure? | The bungalow must be left in good condition. If there are any damages or excessive dirt, the appropriate costs will be deducted from the deposit. |

| How often will towels and sheets be changed during my stay? | Towels every 3 nights. Bed linen every 7 nights. |

| Are you close to the beach? | No, we are in the south of Cantabria, inland, 96 km from the coast. However, we are in the heart of the Ebro canyon, just 200m from the Ebro River, and we have two swimming pools at our facilities. |
| What are the nearest towns? How far are they from the campsite? | Polientes, 500 meters from the campsite. |

| Is there a restaurant at the campsite? | Yes, we have a restaurant where you can enjoy homemade menus and grilled meats. |
| Can I go to the restaurant without being a campsite guest? | Yes. |

| Can I include breakfast in my reservation? | No. |
| Does the campsite have a supermarket? What are its opening hours? | Yes, we have a mini-supermarket with basic products. |
| Is there entertainment at the campsite? | Yes. |
| What other activities can be done at the campsite? | Two swimming pools (one for adults and a smaller splash pool for children). Magic shows and monologues. Ping pong. Badminton. Volleyball. Football. Foosball. |
General
| Can I have visitors during my stay? | Yes, but they must pay the campsite access fee, which will be charged at the price of the pool for that day. The pass is only valid for one night. A new pass would have to be purchased the next day. |
| What are the opening and closing dates of the campsite? | We are normally open from March 1 to December 31. |
| What are the opening and closing dates of the pools? | From approximately June 15 to September 15, depending on the weather. |
| Are pets allowed in the common areas? | Yes, as long as they are on a leash and have an up-to-date veterinary health booklet. |
| Where can I park my vehicle? | On the plot or next to the bungalow if the vehicle was included in the stay. Otherwise, it must be left outside the facilities. |
